Online DPA Contract

Dear Just client,

Here you are given the possibility of concluding a data processing agreement (DPA) with us as the processor, on the basis of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, as amended, which came into force on 25 May 2018, and in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

For that purpose we enable you to make use of the new legal situation under the GDPR and conclude the agreement electronically via this site. This saves costs for all those involved and still ensures a legally safe basis for data protection for our future cooperation.



You need only check the information in Appendix A to the contract, adjust it to your requirements if necessary and then enter your client data into the form.



At the end you can check the data once again. After the conclusion of the agreement you will receive it directly for downloading, and it will also be sent to you by e-mail as a PDF attachment. 


Note:

If verification is required in advance, for example by your data protection officer, you have the option of downloading a PDF in advance after entering the data, but before concluding the agreement on the second page. However, this will not take the place of the full conclusion of the agreement.
