This whistleblowing system is used to report violations and supports the investigation and prevention of unlawful or unethical conduct.

You can submit a new report or follow up on an existing one.

Submit a report

Reports can be submitted by:

• employees


• business partners (e.g. customers, suppliers)

Reports may relate to:

• violations of laws


• violations of the code of conduct


• violations of internal policies

Anonymity and confidentiality

• Reports can be submitted anonymously


• Providing contact details is voluntary but may facilitate the investigation

Your identity will be treated confidentially and will only be disclosed if:

• this is necessary for processing (case handler, responsible functions), or


• there is a legal obligation (e.g. authorities, courts)

How the process works

• Your report is reviewed exclusively by the responsible case handler and their team


• Unauthorized persons do not have access


• All information is treated in strict confidence

Your secure login area

After submitting your report, you will receive access credentials for a secure area.

There you can:

• view the status of your report


• receive feedback


• provide additional information

The login area is also available for anonymous reports. Your anonymity will be preserved.

Important information

• Please only provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge


• Knowingly submitting false information may have legal consequences


• In case of doubt, indicate your report as a suspicion or third-party information

Feedback and timelines

• You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt in your login area


• Within a maximum of 3 months, you will receive feedback on:
