Not to be reported:

• General complaints or questions about our products or product warranty. Please use our general contact address for this purpose.

• All employees
• Our business partners (suppliers, customers, etc.)

Can I report anonymously?

• Yes, an anonymous report is always possible.
  On this secure whistleblower page, you can submit a new report or log into existing reports to view our feedback or resume communication.
  However, the investigation of an offence may be more effective if you provide your contact details.

Who will access reports?

• Only the whistleblower and their team will be aware of your report in the first step and will accompany the further essential steps of the investigation.
• Unauthorised employees will not have access to your report.
  All information from your report will be treated in strict confidence.
• Your identity will not be disclosed to anyone other than the relevant whistleblower, their team and any departments and bodies involved without your express consent (exceptions may apply, particularly in the case of official investigations or legal proceedings).

Below you will find important information on how to use our whistleblowing system:

• When you submit a report, you will receive your login details for the whistleblowing system. These access data (user name and password) are generated automatically. Please memorise this access data.
• This login area is of course also available to you if you submit your report anonymously. Your anonymity will be preserved in this case.
• You can view the processing status of your report at any time in your login area. The whistleblower and his team can also contact you confidentially via this login area if they have any queries.
  You can provide further information at any time. To do so, log in with your access data.
• Please only provide information if you are sure that the facts you are reporting are true.
  Intentionally false statements or untrue facts should be avoided, as the person providing the information may be liable to prosecution.
  In case of doubt, please label your information as an assumption or statement by a third party.
• Once we have received your report, you will receive confirmation of receipt in your login area. You will then receive feedback from the whistleblower or their team within a maximum of three months of receipt of the report regarding the follow-up measures planned or already taken and the reasons for these follow-up measures (e.g. internal investigations or enquiries). If you have provided your e-mail address, you will also be informed of any current processing status by e-mail in your login area.

Irrespective of our internal whistleblowing system, you are free to submit a report to an external federal reporting centre. You can reach them at:
