How can I reset my password?

To reset your password, click on "Forgot password?" on the login page. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password. The link is valid for 24 hours.

What should I do if two-factor authentication is not working?

If you have problems with 2FA, you can reset it using your 16-digit recovery code. You received this code when you set up 2FA. If you no longer have this code, please contact our support.

Which browsers are supported?

Our application supports all modern browsers in their current version:

How can I delete my user account?

User accounts must be deleted by an administrator of your organization. Please contact your internal data protection coordinator or administrator. Our support team is also available to help with any questions.
