By submitting the whistleblower information, you agree that your information as well as possible contact details (telephone number, email address, postal address) may be stored and processed by Sita Bauelemente GmbH for the purpose of investigating violations of applicable law or company policies or for the prevention of such violations and, if necessary, may be disclosed to third parties, such as external auditors and/or lawyers.
If you add files as supporting documents for your tip, you have ensured in advance that there is no unwanted meta-information or personal data in them that could jeopardise your anonymity if you submit an anonymous report.
